We will not send unsolicited e-mails to any e-mail address
provided by you, nor will we pass your e-mail address to any
other party for marketing purposes. If you make a
purchase on our web site, we will send order-progress and
despatch e-mails to you. Should you specifically request
to receive our monthly e-mail newsletter, we will send you a
single confirmation e-mail. If you do not reply to this
e-mail we will not add you to our newsletter mailing list.
If you reply to this confirmation e-mail, we will send you our
monthly e-mail newsletter. This newsletter will contain
a link which you may activate to remove you from future
newsletters.
Credit-Card Information
If you should use any credit or debit cards to make purchases
on our web site, we do NOT store this credit card information
on our servers. Our credit card processing is by means
of
ProTX and
PayPal merchant gateways who are regulated by the UK
Financial Services Authority, and regularly audited by the
banks. Any credit card information provided by you will
be sent to our Credit Card Processing Provider using an
encrypted link, and immediately removed from our servers, at
no time will it be saved into our databases.
Disclosure of Information to Legal Bodies
If we are lawfully required by a government authority to
provide your Personal Information to them as part of their
investigation of suspected illegal activities we are entitled
to do so.
