These terms and conditions apply to the use of this web
site and by accessing this web site and/or placing an order
you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out
below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions you may not use or access this web site.
Making an agreement to purchase our goods.
The invitation to you to order goods from us is not an
offer by us to sell to you goods of the specification and
description at the price indicated. Your order is an offer to
us to buy the goods of the specification and description at
the price indicated. We will send to you an order
acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered.
This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance.
All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with our
Order Acceptance Policy . Wherever possible we will accept
your order to buy the goods of the specification and
description at the price indicated. Such acceptance will
be by an Order Confirmation e-mail, in which case there will
be a concluded agreement between you and us. This e-mail
will include an estimated date for the despatch of your order. Wherever it
is not possible to accept your order to buy the goods of the
specification and description at the price indicated we will
advise you by e-mail. Non-acceptance of an order may be
a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable.
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
Our inability to verify your address.
The identification of a pricing or product description error.
Your not meeting the eligibility-to-order criteria described
below:
To be eligible to purchase goods on this web site and lawfully
enter into and form contracts on this web site under English
law you must:
Provide your real name, address, phone number,
e-mail address, payment details and other requested
information. You agree not to impersonate any other person or
to use a false name.
Be over 18 years of age
Stipulate a delivery address - in the United Kingdom, European
Union or the United States of America. Please
be aware that we cannot accept any addresses which are PO BOX
addresses or for hotels and accommodation addresses. We
require a permanent and valid address.
Please note
that the buyer is responsible for any customs/import duties
which may be imposed. These are not included in any
prices displayed on our web site. Please note that we
are unable to accept any responsibility for goods delayed or
impounded by customs authorities due to non-payment of any
such duties.
By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically
authorise us to transmit information (including any updated
information) or to obtain information about you from third
parties from time to time, including but not limited to your
debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate
your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an
initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual
purchase transactions.
The contract will be concluded under English Law.
Delivery
The price of the goods does not include delivery by us to you.
Our current charge for delivery to addresses in the United
Kingdom is £3.00 for orders up to £100, and free delivery for orders over £100.
This delivery charge (if applicable) will be added to your order at the checkout stage
of the ordering process.
We aim to despatch all goods to you within 5 working days.
We will advise you on your Order Confirmation e-mail of our
estimated despatch date.
We will try to deliver the goods to you within the time
estimated for delivery on our Order Confirmation. If we are unable to do so,
we reserve the right to deliver them within 28 days and will
notify you by e-mail. If
we are unable to deliver the goods to you within 28 days we
will notify you by e-mail and promptly repay to you any sums
paid by you or on your behalf under or in relation the
agreement.
The goods shall be delivered by us to your address and the
risk in the goods shall pass to you upon such delivery taking
place. Please be aware that you will be required to sign
for your delivery. You should note that our carrier
requires immediate notice to be given of any loss or damage to
goods and you should inspect the goods upon receipt and report
any loss or damage to the carrier immediately. Insofar
as you report any damage to goods to us within 48 hours of
delivery we will refund the price and carriage or replace the
goods at no cost to you. In respect of any damage to
goods reported to us after 48 hours of delivery we shall
require proof from you that the goods were damaged before
receipt by you.
Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the
current rates and are correct at the time of entering the
information onto the system. The total cost of your order is
the price of the goods ordered plus delivery charges as set
out in the checkout section of the web site. Payment can
be made by credit or debit cards or by PayPal account.
Payment will be authorised on receipt of order, and debited
and cleared from your account no more than 7 days prior to
shipment of your order.
As noted above, for deliveries outside the EU, customs &
import duties may be payable directly to the relevant
authorities, or via the courier/postal service used to deliver
the goods.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used
is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to
validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the
issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any
reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any
delay or non-delivery.
Returns and your right of cancellation
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases.
We take great care in inspecting all items prior to dispatch
to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. In the
very unlikely event of a fault being present, please contact
us within 2 working days and we will arrange for you to return
the item for either replacement or a full refund of any sums
paid. We advise you to use an insured delivery service
when returning items.
However you also have a right to cancel the agreement at any
time before the expiry of a period of 7 days after the day on
which you receive the goods. Please note that in this
case, we will not accept returns of goods worn, used, damaged
or marked in any way and with any tags removed, or goods not
in a saleable condition. We cannot accept liability for
goods which are lost or damaged subsequent to delivery.
We are unable to accept returns of bespoke / custom-made items
unless faulty.
You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following
ways:
a) by a notice in writing which you send by post to our
address (given below);
b) by fax to our business fax number (given
below);
c) by e-mail to our e-mail address (given
below);
If you cancel the agreement :
a) You must return the goods to us at the address given below

b) The goods must be returned to us complete, unused, with all
packaging, and in a saleable condition ;
c) You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to
us at the address given below ;
d) You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods
until they are returned to us ;
e) You are under a duty to take reasonable care to see that
they are received by us and not damaged in transit. It
is in your interest to send the goods using a 'recorded
delivery' or 'signed for' postal or courier service ;
f) We will reimburse any sum paid by you or on your behalf
under or in relation to the agreement excluding our costs of
carriage and any special, direct costs such as gift wrapping
etc. Every effort will be made to issue a prompt refund
within 30 days from receipt of the returned goods. We will
send you an email notification once the return has been
processed. Refunds will only be issued in the same form
as payment.;
g) We will charge you the direct costs to us of recovering any
goods supplied by us if you fail to return the goods to us.

Our right of cancellation
If for reasons beyond our reasonable control, including but
not limited to an inability or failure on the part of the
manufacturers or suppliers of the goods and materials to
supply the goods and materials to us, we are unable to supply
the goods to you, we may cancel the agreement at any time
before the goods are delivered by giving notice to you. We
shall promptly repay to you any sums paid by you or on your
behalf under or in relation the agreement. We shall not
be liable for any other loss or damage whatever arising from
such cancellation.
Colours and Sizing
Because of the limitations of digital photography and computer
display hardware, and the natural variation in fabric shading,
colours displayed on our web site should be used as a guide
only and may vary from actual garment.
Due to the handcrafted nature of the items, the dimensions
quoted for various items are approximate.
Guarantees.
We guarantee that the goods will correspond with the stated
description and specification.
Please note that some natural irregularities may occur in the
fabrics used due to the inherent properties of the materials
used. These are not faults but are normal variations in the
products.
We guarantee that the goods will be of merchantable quality
when delivered by our carrier.
It is important that you comply with the care instructions
provided with each item. We cannot accept any
responsibility for any damage caused by incorrect care or
cleaning of the items.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we
disclaim any and all further warranties of any kind, whether
express or implied, in relation to the goods. This does
not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does
it affect your cancellation rights. We will not be
liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation,
negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than
fraudulent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in
connection with these Terms and Conditions for any
economic losses (including without limitation loss of
revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated
savings); or any loss of goodwill or reputation; or any
special or indirect losses; suffered or incurred by any party
arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any
matter under these Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit
our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our
negligence or that of our servants, agents or employees.
Statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall detract from your
statutory rights under English and European consumer
legislation.
